Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Mahalo Power services including authors.mahalopower.com and books.mahalopower.com. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

• Author Platform — AI-powered book illustration and production tools including GPU computing resources for generating illustrations, training character models, and producing book files.
• Bookstore — A marketplace for purchasing AI-illustrated books and merchandise.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. GPU Time Slots

• Slots are non-transferable and must be used during the reserved time window
• Unused slot time is forfeited — no rollover or partial credit
• Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours of slot start are non-refundable
• We may reschedule slots due to maintenance with advance notice

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using our platform. You represent that you own or have rights to all content you submit, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Bookstore Purchases

• All sales are final unless the delivered file is corrupt or materially different from the description
• Digital downloads are available immediately upon purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days to support@mahalopower.com

6. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All prices are in US dollars.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Reverse engineer or circumvent our systems
• Resell access to our GPU computing resources
• Generate content depicting minors in sexual situations
• Violate any applicable laws

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses from outages or technical failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahalo Power shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate by contacting support@mahalopower.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Graham County, Arizona.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email.
